What changes in Waikīkī
Everything is vertical. Rentals ride a booked freight elevator; the COI goes to the property manager days ahead; compact galleys change the menu architecture. The per-guest prices do not change — Signature $125–$190, formats for 10–75 — but the plan accounts for the building.
