Waikīkī, tower by tower.
The highest visitor density in the state, and the most rule-bound kitchens. We handle building COIs and freight-elevator bookings as standard — the cooking is the easy part.
What books in Waikīkī
Signature dinners ($125–$190 a guest) in suites with kitchens, Date Nights from $450 on lānai above the grid, in-suite omakase at the top end, and staffed catering for villa-adjacent events.
A note on kitchens
Waikīkī has the widest kitchen spread on the island — chef’s-kitchen suites at the Ritz-Carlton Residences tier down to hotel rooms with a minibar. We confirm the kitchen at inquiry and say no early when the answer is no.
Questions, answered
Yes, where the suite has a real kitchen and the building allows it. We issue the COI, book the freight elevator, and confirm everything in writing before your date.
The same published card as everywhere on Oʻahu — Signature $125–$190 a guest, Date Night from $450 — with no Waikīkī surcharge. Travel fees start on the North Shore, not here.
