How to read the estimate
The estimator multiplies published bands by your guest count and adds staffing at the published hourlys. It shows 20% service and GET up to 4.7120% as separate computed lines, exactly as the quote will. What it cannot do is account for the menu you will write with your chef — which is why the written quote is the confirmed total.
