Alcohol, by the book.
The short answer: we do not sell alcohol, and service runs under Honolulu County’s liquor rules. Here is the arrangement that keeps your event legal and your bar excellent.
The working arrangement
You buy the alcohol (or we shop it at cost with receipts, as your agent — the receipt is yours). Where the venue or the law requires it, a licensed bartender pours through our referral network. The packaged bar cart — from $650 per four hours plus $45 a guest — covers everything else: mixers, ice, garnishes, and the person who knows the recipes.
Why so careful
Hawaiʻi runs four county liquor commissions, and the rules around who may pour at a private event are genuinely specific. Your quote states the arrangement in writing — verified for your venue before the date, never assumed.
