Which rentals qualify
Villas, condos, and suites with real kitchens. Oʻahu’s short-term-rental rules concentrate visitor stays in the Waikīkī and Ko Olina resort zones — we know the buildings, the COI requirements, and the freight-elevator routines. Hotel rooms without kitchens are declined at inquiry, honestly.
Arrive to a stocked fridge
Add grocery provisioning and the kitchen is stocked before you land — breakfast things, fruit, coffee, snacks for the kids — at cost, with receipts.
