The Convention Center’s modified schedule through 2026–2027 pushed group dining into hotels and private venues. We are built for exactly that move.
What we run for groups
Off-site dinners in private venues, in-suite executive dinners, staffed receptions in hotel function space, and buyout-style villa dinners for leadership teams. Groups of 10–75, plated or stations, with the venue paperwork handled.

Pricing a group dinner
Per-guest food lines from the published card — Signature $125–$190, Premium $190–$275 — plus staffing at $55/$75 an hour, rentals at cost, 20% service, and GET. One written quote the whole committee can read.
