Every item on this list exists because someone in this industry does the opposite. We would rather be specific than polite about it.

• — No fake reviews — we do not buy them, write them, or hide the bad ones
• — No markup on groceries — cost, with receipts
• — No fee that was not on the written quote
• — No cooking in hotel rooms without kitchens — declined honestly at inquiry
• — No pretending we can work venues with exclusive caterers
• — No “from $” figures that grow between the ad and the invoice
• — No suggesting a gratuity — it is voluntary, always
