The terms in plain language
Questions about any line are welcome before the deposit, not after — that is the point of putting the terms in prose.
- The written quote is the confirmed total — the contract is the quote you approved
- A 50% deposit locks the date, taken only after you have seen the numbers
- Cancellation: 28+ days, partial refund; 14–28 days, deposit retained; under 7 days, full balance (proposed terms, pending final counsel sign-off)
- Force majeure reschedules rather than forfeits — hurricanes and closed roads move the date, not your money
- 20% service charge and GET up to 4.7120% appear on their own lines on every quote and invoice
- Gratuity is voluntary, always
- Groceries are billed at cost with receipts on request
