Some marquee venues hold exclusive caterers — Waimea Valley locks its list, and we say so plainly. Estates, villas, and private property are where an outside chef wins. That is our ground.
What an estate reception needs
A kitchen plan (the estate’s, or a field kitchen we spec), rentals coordinated to the lawn, a crew sized at one server per 10–12 guests, and power and water mapped before the quote is written. We walk the property before we promise anything.
The honesty note
If your venue holds an exclusive caterer, we cannot work it and we will tell you in the first email. If the venue allows outside chefs with a fee, we will price the whole thing in writing so you can compare honestly.
