Oʻahu · Kahala
Honolulu’s household-entertaining belt. Celebration dinners and the kamaʻāina weekly line overlap here — real dining rooms, not a Waikīkī galley impersonation.
Base zone
Kahala and the Gold Coast hold the dining rooms that can host a paced dinner. Visitors book a celebration night. Residents book a standing weekly cook from $450 plus groceries at cost with receipts. Same crew, different calendar.
Signature sits at $195–$290 a guest — groceries inside that band. Stay Chef from $1,250 a day also bills groceries at cost. After either dinner line: 20% service and Hawaiʻi GET up to 4.712%. A 50% deposit holds the date. A tip is never required.
Estate driveways are the usual load-in, not a Kalākaua freight window. Compact galleys still get a bring-equipment menu when the cooktop is real. Hotel rooms without a range are declined.
